Aria Reception provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services, including but not limited to: automated call answering, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and call transcription. Services are provided on a subscription basis at $497/month.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction. Where required, you must notify callers that calls may be recorded. We provide configurable disclosure messages to assist with compliance.
Aria Reception is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
